Image result for Unilag Student Exposes Lecturer who repeatedly molests Female Students, Releases his Nude photos
A professor with the English Department of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) is the most recent higher institution lecturer to be embroiled in a sex-for-mark scandal.

A student of the school reached out to Linda Ikeji to lament how she was forced to exchange sex for marks by the professor.
She also shared nude photos of the professor, adding that she hopes her decision to come forward will stop him from victimizing other students. She said:
“I have been suffering this for months now. Whenever students go to his office for anything he is always trying to touch you. I took pictures of him on one of the days I entered his office. He has made molestation a part of him. I’m even scared for my life in UNILAG. That’s why I’m reaching out to you so he can be stopped.
“He is a profesor in the English department, Faculty of Arts. I am not his first victim. He does this all the time to students. I have completely given up when it comes to academics he has failed me on tests before. When I talked to him concerning it he told me I should know what to do I am an adult. I feel so dirty for even allowing such an old man touch me. But he doesn’t even care.
“As long as you satisfy his wants. I’m tired of everything. He should be stopped before he ruins the lives of other innocent girls in that English Department. When he touches me I am always in tears but it doesn’t stop him. Please this is why i am reaching out all I want is for him to be stopped. He is destroying the mental state of girls in UNILAG.
“I just want him stopped. I reached out because I don’t want him to continue molesting girls. The English department is like a cult. The lecturers have information amongst themselves. They talk about the girls they have slept with and the ones they plan to sleep with. It has been going on for years.”

Instead, she was accidentally given $1.1 million in June and went on a spending spree, splurging on expensive clothing, a smartphone and partying.

An 89-year-old woman who is also a new college graduate isn’t stopping there – she’s already working towards a bachelor’s degree.
Ella Washington has accomplished a lot in her life. The 89-year-old woman born in rural North Carolina raised 12 children while working a full-time job. She put her kids through school, but had to put her own education on the back burner.

Ella Washington, who graduated Saturday with an associate degree in interdisciplinary studies, is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in history at Liberty University in Virginia, according to the college.
Washington enrolled in Liberty’s online program in 2012, following a suggestion from one of her 12 children.
“She has always been a lifelong learner,” Washington’s daughter, Ellen Mitchell, said in a statement. “Her desire for learning and for pursuing an education became a family tradition. She taught all of her children how to read, write, and do math prior to their beginning school, just as her grandmother taught her and her siblings.”
As for her drive to learn more about history, Washington said “everybody should know their history and learn more about it … There’s nothing wrong with learning more.”
During her 89 years on earth, Washington has worked a variety of jobs to support her children, ranging from a custodian at the Pentagon to an office assistant to a certified nursing assistant at an adult daycare. She only stopped working about six years ago, according to a press release.
“Coming to D.C., there weren’t many opportunities for a poorly educated black woman,” Mitchell said. “But she worked hard doing whatever she could to make sure we were taken care of.”
The oldest graduate in Liberty’s Class of 2018 had this to say about her drive to learn: “Education will help you make the best life for yourselves and those who come after you.”

In 17 years of teaching English composition in Greenville public schools, Yvonne Mason had seen these blunders many times before.
Redundancies. Faulty capitalization. Lack of clarity and specificity.
But Mason wasn’t grading a student paper. She was reading a letter she received from President Donald Trump
“I have never, ever, received a letter with this many silly mistakes,” Mason said.
The former Mauldin High School teacher promptly did what she had done thousands of times before: She corrected the writing and returned it, this one going back to the White House.

Mason recognizes, of course, that the form letter she received from the president was very likely written by a staff member, not Trump, though the letter does include Trump’s signature. It came in reply to a letter she’d written about the Feb. 14 school shooting in Florida.
A photo of Mason’s corrections has been widely shared on social media.
Yvonne Mason corrected a letter she received from President Trump and sent it back to the White House. A photo of the letter, with Mason’s comments in purple ink, has become a social media sensation. (Photo: Courtesy of Yvonne Mason)
“When you get letters from the highest level of government, you expect them to be at least mechanically correct,” Mason said.
She dinged the Trump letter particularly for repeatedly capitalizing “nation,” “federal,” “president” and “state,” turning these common nouns into proper nouns.
Mason wrote ;
“‘Federal’ is capitalized only when used as part of a proper noun, e.g. the name of an agency,”
“If it had been written in middle school, I’d give it a C or C-plus,” she said. “If it had been written in high school, I’d give it a D.”
“When I taught school for 17 years, I taught my kids in English that the way you present yourself in writing says a lot about who you are, about what you care about, about whether or not you care to get it right.”
